For the tenth time, the CIS Design Battle will take place – in 2025 as a Masters Edition. Selected designers and experts from other disciplines will take on a shared challenge in five teams of two, all centred around the theme of wood. Within a clearly defined time frame, each team will create an object that is not only visually compelling but also feasible in practice.

Be there live when design becomes tangible

Once again, the event will be held at Tischlerei PRÖDL, where on 23 May 2025, following a get-together from 17.30, the design process will begin at 18.00 and can be experienced live. A panel of expert judges will provide direct feedback on the ideas. The CIS Design Battle is more than just a competition – it offers insight into the dynamics of collaborative design, involving real materials, real-time pressure, and outstanding creative quality.

Registered visitors can attend the Design Battle and experience up close how selected designers turn a concept into a tangible object.
