Whether you’re stopping by for a short break or planning to linger a little longer – the pop-up at the Hornig Areal combines design and culinary delight in an effortless way. On offer is whatever tastes good, soothes the soul, and brings people together.
»Die Speis« stands for sustainable enjoyment, regional ingredients, and a clear set of values. Behind the concept are Sophie, Stephan and Florian – passionate gastronomy professionals who work with more than 90% regional products and have been certified as a Green Restaurant and Green Caterer since 2022.
»ROST«, founded by Liza, who brings many years of experience in the events industry, blends Styrian wine culture with a contemporary twist – in collaboration with the Erzherzog Johann winegrowers’ association, she offers Styrian rosé wine spritzers, bottled by Christof Krispel in Markt Hartmannsdorf.
Together, they create an experience at the Hornig Areal for all those who value good food and a relaxed atmosphere alongside design.
